Workmanship shall conform to applicable and commonly accepted practices for good constructive work.

Cleaning personnel will be carefully screened, trained and covered by insurance. Standard safety practices, rules and regulations will be adhered to. Only appropriate and approved cleaning products, aids and equipment will be utilized in the performance of contract specifications. Reading and using telephones , radios, training machines, business machines in any work area will not be permitted.

Our Operations Manager, as well as a new account installation team, will be in the facility nightly until such time that our systems are properly implemented and site supervisor assumes control. Each account is thereafter visited regularly by either the Operations Manager, Area Manager, or General Manager.

Janitorial Services,, Inc. will install and maintain a building log as a two-way form of communication between your building representative and Janitorial Services, Inc. to insure ongoing communication to prevent any recurring problem situations.

We conduct regular inspections of the work being performed and immediately correct and document any shortcomings as a preventative measure.

Janitorial Services, Inc. will report any unusual occurrences; unlocked doors, defective mechanical systems, damaged property, suspicious persons or anything of an emergency nature promptly.

All supervisory and management staff are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a central paging network.
