Quality Cleaning Services For Over 50 Years

Janitorial Services, Inc. (JSI) was started in 1970 by Ronald Martinez Sr (President) in Cleveland Ohio. He still maintains ownership to this day, along with his son Ronald Martinez Jr. (Vice President)

Since 1970, we have developed a reputation of being one of Ohio’s premier janitorial providers, offering high quality cost effective building solutions. As of today, we employ nearly 1,000 individuals. We have grown a diverse customer base of over 200 accounts, and we now service the entire state of Ohio. We also have capabilities of servicing national accounts. We are proud to be the preferred janitorial service to some of the area’s largest and most prestigious office complexes.

It is our company’s goal to provide customers with the best possible service on a nightly basis, proactively find solutions for our clients, and have a mutually beneficial, long term relationship.

Our mission is to efficiently deliver a wide range of janitorial services to each of our clients on a nightly basis. Our efforts promote clean and safe buildings by fulfilling our commitment to environmental sustainability. We strive to incorporate the most innovative resources and technology to provide the most effective janitorial program available.

Our goal is to maintain a superior workforce of professional individuals through continuing education, with a strong focus on leadership and teamwork. We embrace diversity amongst our clients, employees and suppliers. Our pro-active approach to providing services emphasizes communication and responsiveness from all levels of personnel.

Above all else, we pride ourselves in operating on the same core principles and values upon which we were founded. We maintain undeniable integrity and consistently deliver the highest level of service which our customers have come to expect over 50 years.
