Employee Training

JSI has an intensive on-boarding program for new members of our team. We begin with the initial job application, screening, interviewing, drug testing, criminal background check, review I-9 compliance and other internal processes. After the new hire orientation, training begins with our computer based educational modules which are made available through our Diversey online portal. These are required for any employee to begin work. Throughout the duration of their employment, JSI staff members have the opportunity to take additional courses and earn bonuses based on the number of classes they have taken. For example, in every 6 month period, any JSI employee may take 10 training courses to earn an additional $100.00 bonus. After the computerized training and subsequent written tests are completed, the new employee works one on one with a trainer on-site. Employees are also welcome to come to our training center to complete their courses. All training records are available to our clients upon request.
